COS is a center offering activities rooted in dance techniques, focusing on muscle toning, flexibility, and posture to progressively develop body intelligence. Founded and directed by Elisabet García Permanyer, COS began in 2016 and is located in the Poble Nou neighborhood of Barcelona. Proper body alignment helps prevent muscle and joint pain while avoiding strain or tension. At COS, people of all ages participate in classes that adapt exercise intensity to their capabilities. As they build physical fitness, they also develop body awareness and intelligence. From children as young as twelve to adults over eighty, the various disciplines offered ensure clear guidance for maintaining proper body posture.

COS is also an official Ballet Fit center—a fitness modality based on ballet techniques that works all muscle groups using only body weight. The center offers contemporary ballet classes for adults and ballet and contemporary dance training for children. Elisabet and her team also host themed workshops and summer programs for kids, including acrobatics, dance, singing, and body expression classes.

Elisabet has created a practice space that exudes peace and tranquility, featuring a minimalist aesthetic and natural colors. They chose wall-mounted Arabesque Double ballet barres in a custom white finish that maximizes the space’s brightness. Dinamica Ballet’s wall-mounted supports provide total stability and withstand the demands of rigorous exercises while optimizing usable space in the studio. The quality of the mirror reflection is crucial for technique work. The studio’s eleven Figaro wall mirrors deliver flawless, distortion-free reflections from every angle and distance.

SOULBODY VIENNA is the dream come true of Isabelle and Anika, two passionate entrepreneurs who have created their own studio in the vibrant Seestadt neighborhood of the Austrian capital.

The founders of SOULBODY VIENNA met while studying at university. Anika always loved to dance and she explained to us that dancing helped her organize her thoughts and forget the problems she might have while she flowed with the music. Isabelle discovered yoga due to a health problem and since then she has not stopped practicing and training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Both are also barre teachers, the transformative fusion of ballet, pilates and yoga that seeks to create a global and effective experience to strengthen the body, gain flexibility and improve body posture. SOULBODY VIENNA specializes in low-impact workouts, understanding movement as the connection between the body and the soul. This holistic vision of conscious movement helps their students to feel good physically and emotionally while also having a great time in their classes.

Accompanied by Michelle, Mirela, Nadine, Victoria and the three Sarahs, they offer classes every day of the week. With their barre workouts, yoga, pilates or flexibility sessions, they have created a wonderful environment where their students can exercise and be their true selves.
